ABOUT US
Sawmill Creek Property Owners Association consists of 17 homesites on Sawmill Creek, Hodge and Carroll Drive. We are run by the Homeowners with a Board of 5 members: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Member at Large. The annual Homeowners meeting is held every year on the 2nd Saturday of March at 9:30AM.

Current 2024 annual POA Fees are $300 and we have a transfer fee of $500 collected at closing.
